By submitting this registration form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration and Payment

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars and through the approved payment methods provided on the registration form.

• Registrations are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by the Convention Committee.
   

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation of registration is not allowed and is non-refundable

• The Convention Committee reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, registrants will be notified, and refund options will be provided.
   

Code of Conduct

• All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in line with the values of the Syro Malabar Catholic Church.

• Disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Attendees must comply with all venue rules and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
   

Liability Waiver

• By registering, you acknowledge that participation in this event is voluntary and that you assume all risks associated with attendance.

• The Convention Committee, organizers, volunteers, and associated entities shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the convention.

• Attendees are responsible for their own insurance coverage (health, travel, liability, etc.).
   

Media Release

• By attending the convention, you consent to being photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded.

• You grant the Convention Committee the right to use such media for promotional, educational, or archival purposes without compensation.
   

Minors

• Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of their minor children at all times.

• Specific programs or areas may have age restrictions, which must be observed.
   

Program Changes

• The Convention Committee reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, speakers, sessions, or venue as necessary.

• Updates will be communicated via official channels (website, email, or onsite announcements).
   

Privacy

• Personal data collected through registration will be used solely for convention administration, communication, and future event notifications.

• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
